QuAC CON
QuAC (Queer Art Community) is a day-to-night celebration of Manchester’s queer creativity, bringing together art, performance and community into one shared space.
Running from 12PM–6PM, the daytime programme hosts a curated queer art market featuring a wide range of local artists, makers and independent creatives. Expect everything from prints, ceramics, jewellery and fashion to zines, books and experimental work. Alongside the market, there will be live table reads and community-led discussions, creating space for storytelling, connection and the exchange of ideas.
QuAC is rooted in supporting grassroots talent and creating opportunities for queer artists to showcase and sell their work in an open, welcoming environment.
From 8PM–2AM, the event transforms into the QuAC Variety Show — a high-energy night celebrating some of the best queer performers Manchester has to offer. The lineup will span comedy, live music, cabaret, vogue, drag, and fire performance, bringing together a dynamic mix of styles, disciplines and identities. Expect bold performances, unexpected moments and a night that moves from curated showcase into full party energy.
QuAC is designed as more than just an event — it’s a platform. A space to champion underrepresented voices, build community, and celebrate the depth and diversity of queer creativity in Manchester today.
Please note: due to the nature of the venue, there is currently no wheelchair access. We recognise this as a limitation and are committed to improving accessibility in future editions of the event.
